We recently started making use of the Rent A Maid service and too be quite honest we have been having problems with the maids that they sent through however we finally like Mpho and the way she worked and was happy with the service provided. However this morning Mpho failed to pitch for work and I received an email from the owner to say that she will be in at 10am. At 11:20am I sent the owner an email to inform her that Mpho has not pitched up as yet and she asked me to phone and see whats wrong with Mpho. This is not my responsibility and so I informed her about it, to which she replied with an nasty email about us finding another maid service. It seems your owner of the Midrand branch as a serious attitude problem and R19800 a year isn't good enough for her. This one person is giving the entire Rent A Maid Franchise a bad name.
