I called the groupon call centre on the 21st of Feb 2013 to ask if my account can be credited with the groupon vouchers I had not used for various reasons. I was told to write an email to [Email Removed] Which I did on the same day. 2 months later my account had not been credited, I called the call centre and was told it will done within 24hrs. 3 months later still nothing has been done, I have spoken to various people in the call centre who have promised that this will be sorted before end of that day, The last conversation i had was with Cara Styles who even gave me her email address and asked me to send her an email if the credit did not get done, which I did on friday 17/05/13, but got no response from her, I sent her another email this morning 20/5/13, still waiting for a response. Can someone assist me with this issue please its been 3 months waiting!
