UPGRADED IN JANUARY 2013 AND SINCE THEN I HAD ENDLESS HASSLES. I WAS ALWAYS ON A TOP UP CONTRACT AND WHEN I UPGRADED MPHO MOKOTLA CHANGED MY CONTRACT TO A OPEN LINE, ONLY NOTICED THIS WITH MY MARCH STATEMENT AND THEN I WENT TO MTN WESTGATE AND MPHO WAS NOT AVAILABLE BUT THE LADY WHO ASSISTED PUT MY NAME IN THE BOOK AND SAID MPHO WOULD CONTACT ME. HE NEVER DID. EVERYTIME I GO THE SHOP HE IS NOT THERE AND APPARENTLY HE IS THE ONE THAT MUST ASSIST ME. PHONED THE CALL CENTRE AND WAS TOLD I CANNOT PUT A LIMIT ON MY LINE BECAUSE IT IS A OPEN LINE AND I PAY A PROMO FEE SO I MUST JUST MONITOR MYSELF UNTILL THE CONTRACT IS FINISH. I WILL NOT USE THIS MTN CARD ANYMORE AND WILL OBTAIN ANOTHER NUMBER FROM ANOHTER SERVICE PROVIDER THEN I'LL JUST PAY THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE AND WILL NOT UPGRADE AGAIN.
