I sent in documentation to the credit life department in the first week of june already, Mpho called me about two weeks later and said theres a document outstanding, i informed her that Absa has dismissed me for not being fais compliant, she then said she needs a document stating so much, i informed the h.r lady is Dianne, i called Dianne and informed her what Mpho requires and Dianne said Mpho must just call her and she will email it to Mpho, upon Mpho returning my call i informed her of this, i havent heard from Mpho or any credit life consultant yet as to where im standing with the bank in terms of my application, i also sent a complaint via absa's action line last week and nobody responded yet. is anybody going to contact me soon or not?
