DISGRACEFUL RESPONSE

On 1 July 2013 I upgraded at MTN. I received a voucher in the post claiming I will receive R360- something discount when I upgrade. When I presented this to Mpho she said its only valid at their Franchise branches, but the letter was printed on a MTN letterhead and never suggested that you should go to a franchise of them. Anyway, Mpho said my account will be credited with this voucher money, as I did the upgrade with MTN self and not the franchise. This was 1 July, after numerous emails I have still not received the voucher credit as promised by Mpho herself. Secondly I received a bill of R2500 and something for this month, after a consultant in the call centre told me my account is back dated premium, now this month the call centre tell me my account is in arrears with the back dated premium amount. Does ANYONE at MTN know what is going on?? Disgraceful response with regard to feedback and consultants in the call centre now having a clue whats going on and wanting to double charge me this month. Nee wat.
