On 5 December I wrote a complaint about Vodacom's call centre agents. The next day I got a call from a lady who said that she was from the escalations department. I explained to her why I was unhappy and she was apparently going to get someone to call me. I also explained to her that I was going away on tuesday (today). I have not heard from Vodacom since. It is time that Vodacom does something about their call centre agents. This is pathetic.
