What an absolute nightmare we have had with Vodacom!!!

We had paid the handset fee in full for both cell phone numbers (on one persons name) and then transferred one of the numbers from the old owners name into another persons name.
a few days later this line gets blocked with a message saying I owe Vodacom R4000.00 . after a million calls made to the call centre and being transferred to a million different agents in every possible department NOTHING gets done about this.
this has been going on since October!!!
a simple transferring of the funds from one account to another is all that needed to be done but not one person could assist us correctly!
another very annoying thing is holding on for nothing less then 30 minutes every single time, not to mention agents giving out incorrect names or just hanging up on you whilst you are busy talking. we are VERY annoyed with Vodacom. they are useless and incompetent!
