I spoke to two call centre agents Wednesday they told me my account was debited with R1900 and last night with no warning my account was suspended. So I don't know what's going on here cause one tell you this and the other tells you something else. Is like the call centre agents from Vodacom doesn't know what they doing and I'm sick and tired of this bad service from Vodacom they will call and do something just to find out they never recorded it on there system and they don't know about it. Please do something about your bad service please
