At around 14:05 I made a call to Vodacom upgrades department and was transferred from data upgrades to cell phone upgrades.where I spoke to a young lady by the name of Lameez. This poor girl I think must be brand new to the call centre industry or to vodacom because she seemed terribly unsure of what exactly to say - and even worse, there seemed to be a few agents around her having one of the loudest conversations I've ever heard. I was even struggling to hear what Lameez was saying! Do these call centres not have supervisors and managers??? putrid service!
