Vodacom billing on blackbery still incorrect

On 12 december I went for an upgrade on my bberry. I dealt with a very incompetent vodacom staff memeber who was a trainee I suppose and kept me in the store for 2 hours! I was always on a vodacom talk 240 BES contract and told the lady that everything is to remain exactly the same!!! She then upgraded me and only to find out that she changed my package to BIs which then meant all my corporate emails got cut! I could not do anything at the time as I was out of the country and then reutnred and called vodacom on 9 jan only ro finout what transpired! I am disgusted! I was stuck without email for 1 entire month and I payed for the service bcs of someones incompetence! I then called the call centre and spoke to rihaan who said that he will migrate my contract from effective 1 Feb back to talsk 240 BES. And today 1 FEB still nothing reflects! I am still without email yet still being charged for a service, today I called ur call centre again at 9h41 and again explained my story and they logged a call. Still nothing has happened. if my contract I NOT sorted. If this is not sorted then I will cancel as I am in my right!
