Bad Customer Service

I reported a problem to Vodacom with regards to my account. My itemised billing shows I am sending multiple SMS messages to Vodacom Millionaires. I am not disputing the fact that I sent a SMS message. However I am disputing that fact that my itemised billing shows that up 73 SMS messages are being sent to the number (32082) continuously in one second. I have contacted Vodacom with regards to my problem and nobody seems to care. It cannot be the phone as I have put my simcard in a different phone and my Itemised billing stills shows SMS messages are being sent without my knowledge.

I have now put my phone off and removed the simcard and put it away. I am also going to cancel my debit order with my bank. I will do an internet transfer for my subscription and VAS services linked to my account. Until Vodacom can provide me with an answer.
