I would just like to thank the friendly callcentre Agent, Thato Ghadebe for the awesome service she provided as she assisted in Blacklisting my handset which I found 2 be a pain as none of the other consultants could link my IMEI to my cell number. Thato promised she would try and sort it out and she would call me back. And she called me back with my ITC number! Thank you Thato Ghadebe!! You a real Asset to this Company!!!
