I FREAKING NEED MY CELLPHONE BACK! ITS BEEN 2weeks

Afternoon,

I have a serious problem, and quite disappointed in the workings of my Samsung.

After just 2 months of purchase of the galaxy s4, the battery and software is faulty and does not operate anymore. To top it all off the service given at the Telkom mobile shop was appalling, rude sarcasm by the workers being served in a cold dish unnecessarily as if my mother and I are.

Regardless of that, I am completely loathing the pace at which my phone is being repaired at. It has been 2 weeks and a simple battery and software issue has not been resolved? This is utter nonsense.

Christmas is around the corner and I purchased that phone for its picture perfect capabilities. Instead of Telkom mobile, I am addressing this matter to you as they have clearly failed me. They keep saying they are waiting for the supplier to bring it back to them. Samsung is the manufacturer and thus the supplier, please fix my phone and send it back to me in working condition. It cost a small fortune, I thus deserve to use it fully, especially during this season to capture certain moments.

I need my phone back, this is beyond frustrating.
