Incompetence - inability to sort out query

Here we go again... you call 082 111 - you speak to a very obliging Call Centre operator Sibati, who tries her best, but is met with incompetence from the administration side of Vodacom. Query, ITEMISED BILLING - I have been paying for this for several years now and always my statement came through to me on e-mail with the option to view itemised billing - UNTIL November 2013 statement - "No itemised bills are attached to your statement" - BUT R15.00 charged to me for this service. There is nothing they can do about this??? HUH... in this day and age... I do not want to receive it on my phone, voice mail or sms... I want to continue getting this as I have been for years now... WHAT IS THE PROBLEM... So, do I have to get in my car and go to the Customer Care centre in Midrand... or WILL SOME ONE PHONE ME and sort this out??? Years of loyalty to VODACOM - guess that means nothing anymore... Upgraded my phone... didn't even get the free gift that came with the upgrade... Do I want Justin Bieber CD... NO... but still it should have come with the phone on delivery...
