I have now received 3 calls from Direct Axis asking to speak to another person (a friend of mine who put my number down as a reference).
The first call, from a lady, asked to speak to my friend &; when I said 'this is not her number, who is calling &; why do want her number? ' the woman hung up the phone. The 2nd call, the lady listened, &; said they would remove my number. The 3rd call, today from a man, also, when I tried explaining, just hung up the phone.
Why cant the call centre people listen to the person on the other end of the phone &; reply with a proper response ie.: ' We are sorry to have bothered you, we will rectify the details on our side, have a lovely day further'. It is utterly disgusting the attitude they have, &; because of this, I will never go to or recommend Direct Axis to anyone!
Shouldn't Direct Axis have their clients details on record? And if they cant get hold of their client &; call the 'next of kin' or 'someone not staying with them', say, 'I am... from Direct Axis, (Person) put your number down, can you help us contact her/him'
I would suggest the call centre people be sent on a course on how to talk other people & not hang up a phone
