RUDE AND POOR SERVICE

For the last two weeks we have been waiting for the supplier to do an installation at our house in Saldanha. Each time a date is set they will phone the morning of the day and postpone to another day. It is understandable that their excuse is that they are too busy (what about assisting a prospective client...) but what they don't seem to understand is that we are a working couple and have to make prior arrangements to meet them when they visit. Each time they cancel we are inconvenienced, e.g my son stayed home today to wait for them and they cancelled again - what a waste of his time when he could have done something else.

I can live with the above, but when I phoned the supplier to express my dissatisfaction, the lady who I spoke to kept on telling me that they are too busy and then proceeded to put the phone down in my ear while I was still talking to her. I phoned three times thereafter but was ignored. I then phoned their customer care number at 16:30 only to be told via recording that I was to phone within business hours 8.00 - 17.00. Is 16:30 not within business hours?

I feel aggrieved that a prospective customer should be treated in such a rude manner.
