I reported a fault on Thursday. Since then Friday a Technician worked on the exchange and couldn't fix the problem. When I phone late Friday the call center was rude and said can't really help me since it's less then 24 hours, but they are fixing it on Saturday morning and everything should be working. Saturday it took 3 times to talk to someone each person said they can't help me and will transfer me, but then cut me off. Finally spoke to a supervisor where she said she will phone the technician and sort it out. Where nothing happened, it is still not fixed.
