I went to do my upgrade at the Cell C store, the lady that helped me was rude and unhelpful... while I was busy trying to sort out my contract, she is helping other people, leaving me alone to help those people and then came back to answer one question that I asked... this happened three times in a row.. while I was talking to her, she got rude and angry with me and didn't even want to help me. this is the 4 time that I get this service from Cell C. I have been with Cell C for 9 Years, and never had good customer service from them. this is really shocking. there is always something wrong when I am doing my upgrade, and no one is willing to assist me... whenever I ask this lady a question, she answered me in a rude way and then again she went off helping other people.. like I'm not there. I phoned customer care to do my upgrade on the phone, while busy with the upgrade they put the phone down in my ear, I called again and then they told me I cannot upgrade due so something, they cant tell me... 3 people from customer care told me 3 different stories... this is really unacceptable...
