Such disappointing service

I gave my bosses phone back in September 2013, his could get a upgrade in November, he was not happy with the service so we took the phone back.
Now he wants to do an upgrade but he can't because the date was not reversed it says update only in November 2015.

I have been to Cresta at least 6 times and spoken to Customer Services at least 4 times it is still the same.
PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY HELP.
