I purchased a lounge suit from Home Express in March 2013, paid cash (eft 17/03/2013). Home Express was supposed to store the furniture for me until I moved it to my new house, and just phone them 48 hours before deliver, which I d id. However I go excuse after excuse and it was only deliver - 3 weeks later. I had to constantly phone them to find out what was happening. (Even requested they give me a fully refund) but this was just ignored and promised to deliver continued.
I finally received the furniture and have only had it for about 4 weeks and the one seat has already lost its shape and it feels like you are sitting on a hard board. It already squeak's as well.
I phoned Home Express on the 14th of June to advise the situation and told them I was not happy. Was told that they would get the supplier to phone me on Tuesday or Wednesday, but this did not transpire. I phoned then again on Thurday 20th and was told will phone be back. I am still waiting.
I am really very frustrated now and would apprediate your help please.
