On Tuesday 5 Feb. 2013 I was assisted to open an additional data contract. I spent /- an hour to get out of the outlet. First a guy assisted me, then Vicky took over, and the guy assisting me, helped other customers, because of login authorisations. "all sorted"..Besides the point... Later that afternoon I tried to connect... "no service"... I phoned Cell C where the guy referred me to 084 145.The operator referred me to Autopage, as the contract is not registered on the network. I phoned Autopage's Head office the next day. Then i got referred to phone the branch. I dealt with Vicky just after 10 am, who promised me to phone me in 5 minutes, with answers. I phoned her back at 12:40, where she was busy an I was promised to be contacted. i again phoned, spoke to another lady, who said she will assure me that i will be phoned--NOT. I phoned back again at 16:40, and got hold of Vicky. She assured me that it is sorted and will take couple of hours to be active. I checked again this morning (4 days later) and still not fixed. I again phoned her... NEXT EXCUSE... NOW all of a sudden it was not Rica'd and they never realised/ picked it up... manager will phone me back- still waiting..
