BAD service from Vodacom shop tygervalley

My cell phone was on 25th September 2013 and I asked vodacom to lock the phone. I got the phone back from the Police and then asked vodacom Cape Gate to unlock the phone. They told me to get an affidavit from the Police which I did. Then I made the mistake. I went to Tygervalley shop and filled in the forms and asked to unlock my phone. The forms were filled in and I was told 24-48 hours later it would be done. 72 hours later it was still not done and I was told another 24 hours. 2 days later I was told by a woman who has worked for vodacom for 10 years (she assured me) and she knows what she is talking about that it takes 10 days. 2 and a half weeks later I found out from Lindsay that the unlocking had happened 2 weeks ago. So it took 6 days. Now, I want a sim swap. It is now Saturday morning. I am given a sim card and I asked "is that it?? " Lindsay says yes.
I go home and later on in the day I see that my phone is not working. I phone 082111 and they tell me it will take 24 hours. I say Ok. Monday evening (60 hours later) still not working. Sipho (082111) says Lindsay will phone me back (17h45) At 18h45 i speak with 082111 again and he puts the phone down. NOW WHAT???
