How long must I be without a working phone

Two weeks ago my upgraded phone was delivered to me. Since then I have not been able to activate my sim card. I have called and visited the Vodacom outlet, who could not help, and called and called and called. Eventually I was told that they would collect the phone and then three days later I would get a new phone. it took me 5 hours to ask them not to collect on a weekend and only after 5 hours I was told that they do not collect or deliver on the weekend.
I can never speak to the same person, no one can help me, I am put through to department after department, the Vodacom outlet will not speak to me on the phone.
I use my phone for business reasons and I have not had a phone for two weeks and now I am told to wait another 3 days but then what if it still does not work. Quick to take money but slow to help. HOW MUCH LONGER MUST I WAIT FOR A SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM? I have put my assistance cell number BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE!
