STILL VODACOM HAS NOTHING FOR ME

Over a week now from my first complaint to Vodacom, and yet I still have absolutely nothing to show from them apart from them collecting my broken handset and an order being placed, no one there can tell me what is happening and when I will receive my order. Yet money goes off faster than anything. Everything is so frustrating with this supplier. I sincerely hope I will be compensated for the huge inconvenience they have put me through. I sent through a request on what I wanted Vodacom to do to the Customer Service Department last week, only received the usual auto reply... how convenient for them!!!
