Vodacom
Apalling service

My phone was on the 3 Dec 2013. Immediately I called Vodacom to have my phone blacklisted. I was told the system was offline. I was advised to go to a Vodacom shop. I went to one in Woodlands. I couldn't get the assistance as I didn't have the IMEI number. They however sent me the blacklisting form. On the 4 Dec 2013 at around 07:45 I sent the form to Vodacom. I called during the day and was advised to go to a Vodacom Shop. I went to another one in Menlyn this time where Josh asked me to fill in the blacklisting forms again. He took my numbers and gave me his and promised to assist me and call me. I'm still waiting for that call. I've since called the customer care call centre close to 50 times and I get the same feedback. 8 people have promised to call me back. None of them have. It's been close to a week and I still havent had success blacklisting my phone and can't claim from the insurance because I need an ITC number before I go to the police station. It's apalling bad service that I've received from Vodacom. I'm disgusted to say the least.
