A year-long billing headache

In November last year, Neotel invoiced me for broadband subscription for the period 8 October 2012 to 31 December 2012. The problem is that our service only commenced on 27 November 2012. This was the date that Neotel gave the information that we needed to connect to our IT consultants. A meeting, phone calls and many e-mails later, and the situation is still not resolved. In September this year, I was told that usage stats would show that I had used the service before 27 November, so I asked to see them. Despite a follow-up mail last month, I have yet to receive them.
