I applied for Neotel Services last year July and they were eager to supply me with services, account approved and all and then nothing, many mails later. with no joy. Then in November I applied again with no response until January; They phone great your account has been approved what services do you require; and then they disappear. No wonder they can't even find a buyer for their business as there is no business.
