We have had a problem with ADSL connection being dropped, two days ago according to mweb 40 times in a day.
Telkom and I blamed MWEB, so MWEB did some tests and recorded the results, used two routers besides mine, used a FNB account as well, all gave the same results, so its a TELKOM problem, called the call centre and spoke to someone who could not grasp the basics of the complaint and was dumbstruck when I asked to who I can send the test results to, answer was the phone number of the call centre, explained well that's you, still could not grasp anything.
So where do I email this?
