I have two contracts with MTN.
1) tried to change one contract from voice to data. greenstone branch had failed me. my sim was corrupted and i had to pay for a new one.
2) both my phones where, went into melrose arch branch and was handed a form of which i was told to fill in and fax for the insurance claim. understood. however i was told by the gentleman i should call 808 (FORGETTING I DONT HAVE A PHONE!!) for the IMEI number and if i am nice they will give me the number??? that i hoped was a joke, and no i was directed back to greenstone. who need me in the branch to get these numbers. ACTION; i want to list these phones. cancel my data line. and get a sim swap.
