Im extremely disappointed with Nashua Mobile.
I have never had any problems with them until I applied for an upgrade.
I was told that I would have my phone within a day or two and that everything was in order... only to get a call a few days later stating that they had no stock for the phone I applied for (Sony Z1)
I was assured that the issue would be resolved and that they would do their best to find me the phone from one of their other branches. I have not received any feed back since, and I am getting extremely angry!
if I had known that I was going to be played around with - I would of simply ordered a different phone, or better yet - I would of cancelled my contract and gone to Vodacom... who just so happen to have stock and are actually cheaper for the exact same package!!! I would not recommend Nashua Mobile to anyone!
