Over 3 weeks and still waiting

I called Cell C customer care for information about cancelling my contract. They informed me I could settle my account if within the last 3 months of the contract, but I needed to email customer service with the request before they could initiate the request. I emailed them and got an auto-response that I would receive a response in 24-48 hours. A week later and after hearing nothing, sent another email. Another few days go by and after hearing nothing again, send a 3rd email. Finally get an email reply and the response just informed me when my contract expired, and nothing to do with my query. I then called customer care to complain and they sent me to Cell C direct twice and they said they could not help me, and that the query has to be dealt with Cell C customer care. So finally got through to someone who could assist me and said I should get a response in 2-3 days. After a week of hearing nothing again, I called customer care. They then said they had no further feedback from the relevant dept, but would escalate the query. Another week has now gone by and still heard NOTHING. My reference number for this query is: 3031905376. Cell C Customer service is just NON EXISTENT!!
