Contract - Black Berry Internet Service query

Hi

I emailed Vodacom online this afternoon (1 March 2013) and asked few questions regarding Black Berry Internet Service (BIS) been discontinued, and if I take out a cellphone contract will the BIS be honoured? for the 2 year contract or will I have to buy data bundles...?

The response to my email requested:
1. ID number or Company Registration Number for corporate accounts

2. Physical Address on your statement or invoice (Note this is not your email address)

3. Your Vodacom Account number (To have your account number sent to you free of charge, please send "AN" to 31050 via SMS)

I asked some general questions, and now they want my ID number?
