I went to Supercall Cellular in Clearwater mall to upgrade my phone on 5 May 2013. There was a debit order that was not processed that I had to pay first. Godfrey informed me that he will in the meantime order me my phone, then when he get's proof of payment I can just collect my upgrade. I made payment on the 8th of May 2013. It is now the 14th of May and i still do not have my phone! The reason for this is apparently that they have no stock. When a new phone is launched (Samsung Galaxy S4) you know that there will be many people wanting it. SO ORDER ENOUGH STOCK!!! I have been placed on the waiting list of the 8th and not of the 5th as i was promised by Godfrey. When i phoned him to follow up, he had no idea of my application even though my husband was there in the morning. He was coughing in the phone before he put the phone down after our conversation. Didnt even say goodbye. When my husband was there earlier that morning to hand in proof of payment, he was busy at his desk, no one else in the store but did not even acknowledge my husband. Just made him wait untill he decided he was ready to help him now. I should move my contract! Will get better service elsewhere! Disgusting
