Can not deliver what is promised.(FNB Smart phone)

So I decided to get an Iphone 5 through the FNB smart phone devision. I ordered a 32GB Iphone 5 but got no response other than that my application is being processed. A week or so later, I phoned them to hear what the status of the order was. They said they had no stock with no ETA on when they will receive stock. So I asked what do you have stock of? They said the 64GB. So I ordered the 64GB and cancelled the 32GB . A week later I phoned them again and got the same response, They are out of stock. I said well what do you have stock of? And they said the 16GB. I canceled the 64GB and went with the 16GB just to GET THE SAME RESPONSE that they are out of stock. They never phoned me to notify that it was out of stock. Why do I need to phone back each week just to get the status? I canceled all the orders and decided to go into an iStore. I did the order at the istore for the 16GB iphone 5S and phoned in today. They did not even have the application. FNB emailed me the contract just after I completed a form in the iStore. Is this the type of service I can except?
