Upgrade Order/Quote taking too long

On the 27th of April i ordered an upgrade through the Vodacom Cresta branch. I was told the phone in question was not in stock but they were receiving on the 30th of April and i will be contacted by the 1st of May at the latest.

It is now the 9th of May and i have yet to be contacted by anyone and despite having phoned the branch numerous times am still no further. I went to Vodaworld Midrand and they had stock on the 29th of April but i could not upgrade there because a quotation was outstanding at the Cresta branch and I was unable to cancel it.

My current phone is extremely temperamental and I find it very unprofessional that I have not even been contacted to update me on the progress of my upgrade.
