Upgrade billed when contract had been cancelled

I requested an upgrade for my daughter in September 2013. After numerous visits to the Cresta store I eventually cancelled the upgrade and contract effective 31 December 2013. (During November 2013). Today i received my account via email and to my suprise the upgrade had been actioned, no phone was delivered nor was i contacted by the store for an upgrade collection.
Her contract number is 082 600 2440 and my contact number is 0826014308. I spoke to Shadrack in custonmer services this morning and are awaiting a call from the manager in cancellations, John Davids
