In this past week I had to upgrade two of my contracts. I was pleasantly surprised by the new-look store, it looks wonderful, but on month-ends it would probably be a bit too crowded for me.
I would like to compliment Masabata Gladys Modise who helped me with a smile. She made the process as painless as I can imagine, given that I need to sign clauses upon clauses for each contract.
She dealt with my work efficiently, and was dedicated to my upgrade. A real asset to MTN!
