I sent a letter to cell c a month ago and asked then to cancel my contract. they require 20 Day notice (do not understand this because it says 24 month contract) A agent called me back and i asked her to cancel the contract and do not debit my acc. The contract is still not cancelled. Then i called in to giv me a cell c deal that another store had they said they can not (cell C deal). So i told them ok the contract is still going to be cancelled. they said yes. The contract is not cancelled. I do not want them debiting my acc. I will take this up further if they on debit my acc. I took a 24 month contract. this cell c is the worst network ever. I had so many problems with this network. just want the contract cancelled so i can get another network. the call center agents seem like they know nothing. they just say anything to get the person off the line. fed up with this network.
