I went into the Vodacom Store at Fourways Mall yesterday morning to upgrade my phone expecting a long wait, and bad service from an understaffed and very busy store. I was served immediately by Modise Mbebe who was quick, efficient and helpful. I then went back later that day because I was unsure of the phone I had chosen and was seen by someone else. Modise then saw me, took over and had incredible patience to let me look at all the phones again - he showed no irritation whatsoever and remained friendly and professional throughout. He made the entire experience quick, painless and an absolute pleasure.
