Vodacom is a bunch of liars, an has been liaing to me for a couple of years now,
I took out my contract in the 8th month of 2004, since then i got letters stated "What is a upgrade? Vodacom contracts last for 24 months but you can upgrade from 22 months but ehen you extend your contract for another 24 months.
I have a problem with this because everything you sign is 24 months, so actually if you sign on month 22 and you want to run your contract out it is actually a 27 month contract.
so i upgraded every 2nd year my last upgrade was about 10/05/2012 and i am due for another upgrade according to their system 11/05/2014, and if my count is right it is 24 months so why send me letters that i can upgrade after 22 months? actually after a upgrade you sign a new contract with a new starting date.
All my dates were in the 5th month in 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012 and the next 2014! so if you take it it should have been 3rd month of 2008 then 1st month in 2010 then 11th month in 2011 etc
