Prepaid electricity through the FNB App

I purchased R350 worth of prepaid electricity through the app after numerous attempts where the app simply timed out. Finally when the purchase went through I was provided with three tokens, two for electricity that I had paid for and one for the free electricity allocated to my meter. Only one of the tokens worked, which gave me 166 units. The other two tokens, one of them for my free electricity were invalid. I would like a response and some feedback in terms of this as well as an allocation of tokens for the remainder of the electricity owed to me.
