It is becoming increasingly frustrating that the Knysna Municipality's prepaid electricity is constantly offline. After visiting various shops, garages and petrol stations to attempt to recharge my prepaid meter I landed up sitting in the dark as it was offline every time that I tried (day after day I might add). Even if purchasing on-line the municipality has to be on-line and their system operational. This is a basic service and necessity which should not be denied to the people of Knysna due to disorganisation of the local municipality.
