Prepaid electricity bought, no meter token receive

On Saturday the 20th July, I registered my Dad's meter number & subsequently purchased prepaid electricity for my Dad from Prepaid24 (payment made from N Mbalu's Absa account). The ref. number used for my Dad's electricity purchase was E0725376925 (R200.00 electricity purchased). I subsequently purchased prepaid electricity for R100.00 for myself (ref. number: E0793170150) - which was received within a minute or so of the purchase. The former purchase, however (for my Dad) has as yet not been received.

I would appreciate it if someone could look into this for me and assist with resolving.
