I contacted Telkom at the beginning of October 2013 to cancel my line at my residence as I would be moving to a new residence on 1 December 2013.
After installing a line at my new residence on Friday 6 December 2013 and contacting Telkom to discuss an ADSL account, I was informed that my old line was also still active i.e. I will be billed for two lines.
Please sort this out Telkom - I gave adequate notice for cancellation of my other line.
