I took in my blackberry for repairs 21 days ago and still no feedback, when you phone the call centre they always says say they don't have the information you need to wait for 8ta to call you.

I received a sums stating I need to make payment of R188.10 and that has been done but no acknowledgement of receipt of payment.

When will I get my phone back..
