Poor Customer Service

I have a Blackberry contract with 8ta. Sometime in November the device developed a problem, it wasn't completing the start up / switching on process. I reported the matter to Telkom Kenilworth Centre branch who advised me to bring it in for repair - free of charge. Weeks later after submitting the phone i received an sms telling me to pay AMC, R188.00 for repairs, otherwise i would not get my phone back?? After paying and making uncountable calls to their call centre i only got my phone 2 months later - without being repaired!! I queried it with Telkom office who promised to take it up and get back to me with answers but no one contacted me till to date. Early February, i called 8ta call centre and a case was logged. REF 4042196 and i have not heard from them since then. I'm tired of calling their clueless call center. I ended up taking my phone somewhere else for repairs. All i want now is (1) a refund for my R188 which they charged me for nothing.(2) refund for my BIS and Data which i didn't use in the 2 months they were holding my phone. I'm a loyal customer who never skipped paying my bill and to get this in return is totally ridiculous
