Phone has been booked in for repairs 2 Months Ago

Experienced problems with my Samsung S2 and booked it in on the 11th of May at the store where I took out the contract. Submitted all paperwork required and was told I must respond to the text message prompts. The next Monday I received a text message that it was booked in for repairs. 5th of June (almost a month later) I received a text message saying the S2 is awaiting payment of R188.10. I payed it into the given account and contacted 8ta. They then informed me to mail the proof of payment, before I could do that a lady (Nantombi) from 8ta Pretoria phones me to inquire about my S2. Conversation is as follow "your phone is not repaired because there was no proof of purchase and now you must pay /- R3000, 00 for repairs". I was dumbstruck because this call came after I was asked to pay R188. 10 for repairs. Nantombi then promised she would follow up and never did because I had since then tried to contact her and the 8ta store but only got answering services where I had left numerous messages that was not returned. 5th of July I physically went to the 8ta store and spoke to Riaan. He confirmed that they know about the S2 and will follow up.
A week later I still have no phone...
