I want my phone back

I am at my wits end!! My Blackberry is at Virgin Mobile's Head Office in Johannesburg for repair. I paid the requested repair fee of R188.10 on 23-09-2013 (repair ref ALM136575), and I'm still waiting for the phone to be returned to me. I've made many frustrating calls to their call centre, and nobody seems to be able to help me. On 07-10-2013, I sent a screenshot of my payment to Carol Gumede, who acknowledged the payment the following day in a phone call to me. She said she would get back to me within two days with feedback. I'm still waiting! On Monday this week, I attempted to get hold of Carol, but was told by a call centre agent that she was not available. He said that he would definitely help me, so AGAIN I explained my situation. He promised to get hold of me within two days, and... I'm still waiting. Please can someone get hold of me on cell number 0836791810, to tell me what is going on with my phone!!
