I received a Nokia Asha in February 2013 .Two months after receiving the phone it started losing charge.
I was told by Canal Walk Virgin employees that I ought to send the phone to their Johannesburg branch to have it checked out. I was not told I would have to pay for the assessment. I was told it was under guarantee.
It took months to get a response. I finally was told that I owed Virgin R181.00 and that the phone had irreparable water damage. I want my phone back-I don't want to pay-and it could not have water damage -it was permanently in my dry hand bag.
