I have never had complaints about Virgin mobile only informing others about how amazing they are. I have a blackberry bold. Last month and this month they charge me extra on my account as i had a balance of over R1000 on my phone when i started using the money i was charged only to be informed that the balance was their money for me to use and when used i was charged. now my phone switches on and gives a white screen. sent in for repairs as research has shown its software or lcd sceen. phone was collected by courier and the courier took the phone but never sealed it, now im been told that it as water damage??? ive spoken to other service providers and they agree its not water damage! im moving away. once my contract expires ill move to someone else that wont just tell me my phone has water damage as this seems to be a popular answer when the phone breaks!
